I updated the script to 1.43 ... I renamed the entries.txt file, and i still am receiving spam... What else can I do?

Well people can still actually visit your website and post their spam. And generic messages like the one you posted cannot be filtered out by the SPAM filter.

The best way to block such people is to disable posting website URLs, you can do that in the settings file (set $settings['use_url'] to 0).
