When a desired knowledgebase article is found, it is often helpful to be able to print the specific article. Unless I'm mistaken, Helpdesk does provide for this in the Knowledgebase itself but only on tickets.

At present, the browser's print function must be used to print a Knowledgebase article. A printer-friendly method would be very helpful and may be some day, be able to print a PDF formatted version too? PDFs are great for emailing and printing. Almost all content management system (Joomla, Mambo, etc.) have PDF article printing so I'm hoping it's something that Hesk could implement sooner than later.
