Admin - can't delete multiple tickets

As Administrator, I'm viewing all tickets. I choose to delete multiple tickets. Check the box, click "Delete Selected Tickets", I receive a confirmation window, click OK and get error message : Error
No tickets selected, nothing to change

Works fine from where I tested in various browser. Post the phpinfo file and let me know what browser you are using.

I changed www server from PHP 6 to PHP 5.2 and it is working now
