I have been using the guestbook without problems until this December when suddenly all posters get the message "ERROR: You have been permanently banned from this guestbook!" I deleted all entries in the banned ip txt file and it worked again for one day and the error message returned. The only entries in bannedd ip are now
66.246.220.11%1.1 NCTUCOE-SIDVGYF%80.75.72.212%

Sorry, no idea how this suddenly happens.
Maybe Klemen has an idea, but if i remember right he will not be able to look at the forum before friday (could not find his posting anymore in which he mentioned it).

First of all I recommend upgrading to the latest version (1.6).

Than upload a blank (empty) banned.txt file, close all browser windows and see if the problem is gone for good.

If not give us the URL of your script, we will test it.
