Spam in Hesk

Hi Klemen,

I've been using Hesk for some time now and I've found it to be really good.

However, in the last week I've started getting spam tickets being submitted. At first it was only sporadic but it's now reached over 350 a day.

I do have the most recent version of the script running which includes the anti-spam image.

The spam tickets are being submitted form a well know forum spammer:

E-mail: amipleadmitle@gmail.com
IP: 194.8.75.239

I have no idea how the spambot can be entering the image details, I guess someone has found a way of bypassing it with a script?

Is there any way of increasing the spam security on the system? As these tend to be coming from a small number of e-mail and IP addresses could they be blocked from submitting somehow?
