Hi, i havent installed the script yet, because i need a way too export selected tickets to a excel format. Are you thinking to add this feature in future versions? I have searched a lot of helpdesk scripts and no one has the option to export to excel.

I DID NOT WRITE THE ORIGINAL SOURCE CODE. Someone with a lot more talent than myself did. I just worked the kinks out of it and altered it for Hesk.
If you wanted to you could grab the Hesk included files instead of making the connection manually. I was just in a hurry.
You can change the table name or place another catcher and pass it through the URL.
Why one table at a time? The DB behind Hesk is relationship based. You can't model relational one to many relationships in a flat file.
NOTE: To export to Word, the URL should be formatted as such;
http://site.com/hesk/export.php?w=1
"?w=1" being the key to the Word doc.
Now you can place the link somewhere in your admin pages for easy export.
