Is it possible to let the end user send by hesk the same ticket to one or more departments selecting them into the input panel?
I explain: i know that as administrator i can associate to the same department one or more categories, but i suppose that for one department is active only one category; so if my customer thinks that a ticket is for more departments and then for more categories, can he associate his ticket to them?

Not something that is possible with Hesk at the moment (at least not without major editing).
