First of all: Your script is really great !

I have just D/L & installed it on my server and I think it will be a keeper.

I have used it / tried it myselves some time now, and there is one thing that comes to my mind.

If admin was able to start a conversation with a customer, I could have used this script to send out my payment emails (invoices),
and the customers could then open the messages inside Hesk and there read my (canned response) invoice message
that would contain info and a link telling them to go to Paypal(?) to pay their bill.

At the bottom they could have viewed/downloaded an attached PDF Invoice (that my invoice software already creates for me).

Then I could have Closed the Ticket when the payment was recieved.
(If the category was Billing the customer should not be able to close it himselves)

Hesk would then have kept, and showed me a list of all unpaid invoices.

Only thing needed: The admin must be able to start the ticket, not the customer.

I might be able to hack this myselves, but maybe others would like the idee also,
and it would be easier to update the script later if it was included when You give out new versions.

Again. Thank You for a great script for us tiny companies.
And, I sure will buy You a beer if this stays as a keeper on my site.

(Btw: What's Your favourite beer ? ;-) )

Hi Sammy,

It will probably not be included in the 0.95 version yet (which will have some neat other features though!) as it's almost ready for beta testing, but I will take a note for future versions as others have also requested such a function.

Take a look at the topic I posted, viewtopic.php?t=2251.

I added a "Send To" link in each ticket.

You could pre-format the email message to read as you desire. Then start a ticket, add the "No Reply" canned message, "Send To" and attach you custom PDF.

Thank You..

I have tried to modify my own version of some of the Hesk files to be used for invoice purposes,
mixed together with the support files. It uses the same database though,
so that I only need to log into one adminpanel to handle both tickets.

I will look into Your file and see if this is a better option.
