Hi,
Anybody a tip for a [ free ] registration / member login script ?
So visitors have to register before they can login to the messageboard using a username & password ?

Hello Jaap,

A very good free login can be found at http://www.myphpscripts.net/ which is something I use to protect some modern pages on my genealogy site. It is at version 2, but I prefer the version 1 (you can see this on my site). If you do want v1, let me know by PM (or email) with your address, and I will forward it to you (12.3Kb).

It encrypts the passwords to md5 standard, good enough for most cases, and also allows for registration by viewer, or for you to allow the viewer, once checked, to log in to your own created password(s).
