Order by Page Rank

I would like to order my links by Page Rank. Highest (and newest) rank on top. How can I do that?

Sorry! That was a mistake.

I am working with two different scripts at time, just to see which one is the better one for me. And one script works with a database. And therefor I thought it must be easy to sort everything by PageRank.
But your's not the one working with the database and so just forget my question!!!
