Customizing Customer Email Notification

Was wanting to know which file we can modify to customize the email sent to customers once they are complete a support ticket. We triedt o look at the emails directory new_reply_by_customer.txt file but that is not the file that is sent to customers.

Any assisitance would be appriciated thank you.

Check "Customizing e-mail messages" in the readme.htm file.

Actually we found it thank you. Its in the email directory, but its new_ticket.php was the file that had to be modified.
