how to put : reciprocal URL

i dont know how to put reciprocal URL,i have two blog and trying to link each other but its does't work.its fail after enter security number

1-is it to put same url?

please advise me....or have toturial "how to fill link exchange form"

It's simply the URL of your website (page) where the required reciprocal link is located. I'm not sure how to put it simpler than that?
