im running a test on the CCount - click counter but when i run
http://localhost/test/ccount, i get a HTTP 403 Forbidden message that says: "The website declined to show this webpage" and at the bottom says that Most likely the website requires you to log on, however i don't have anything that comes up that allow me to log on. I did put a password on the setting.php file. Is it because im doing it local?
Any help will help.

My guess would be there's a problem with your PHP setup. Do other PHP scripts work fine?

Since it's on localhost can't really be of much help...

Klemen....sorry, my mistake.
I forgot to add the index.PHP in my IIS documents.
