I'm a newbie to php. I install the Hesk 0941- helpdesk software and your instructions was great and the installation completed with no problems. However, when I tried to go to my website it says that it's offline. My website is http://www.click-remote.com. Please Help me to resolve this as soon as possible.

Your site works fine for me and there is no reason at all why Hesk would make your website go offline...
