Changing the script to online coaching

Hi,

One of my clients wants to be able to offer online coaching on his website. Customers should be able to log into the private section, where they can leave a message to the "coach". He then can reply, and over and over again.

In fact, this is what a ticket system can do too. It might just imply changing some words.

Does anyone know whether this is possible with Hesk?

Not sure if Hesk is the right script for this (wasn't designed for it), but it's a free script so feel free to give it a try.
