Klem, just wanted to say thanks. The HESK software is terrific and ideal for the project I've been working on.

With little or no knowledge of PHP and MYSQL I've managed to create a helpdesk on the school intranet. Quite simply - superb. Not only do I have a Helpdesk but i also have learned a little about PHP and MYSQL.

Will need to make some small tweeks but these are mainly superficial and not coding.

The beer is on me - enjoy!! Regards Dave
