What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: url open new page target="_blank"

Because I am embedding Gbook with Iframe I would like your copyright links at bottom of page to open in a new target="_blank" page not the current one.

How do I change the

to open a new page?

Set $settings['url_blank'] to 1

I saw that setting and assumed it was for URL's in posts. Could have tried it I guess
