hit count not moving

In case you have problems with some other PHPJunkyard script (not that there are THAT many).

Set $count_unique to 0, $unique_hours is only used if the first one is set to 1.

If the 1.1 doesn't give any PHP error you might want to check with your host to see if they logged any PHP errors or see if there is an "error_log" file created in your counter folder.
