Hi there, i've migrated my website to Velcom recently, and the links page just stopped working. it ran perfectly on the old server.

when i submit a site with a reciprocal link, the page that loads is a page of with HTML codes. which script is causing this problem?

i've uploaded the files in the two modes for the various files as specified. CHMOD the linkinfo.txt file to 666. i assume nothing needs to be changed in the settings.php file. so i'm not sure what's causing the problem.

i tried downloading the scripts from this site and reinstalling them into a separate folder specifying the same settings, and it doesn't work as well.

any advice will be much appreciated! THANKS LOADS in advance! =)

cheers,
dan.

May I ask why the Powered by statement has been removed? I think both the readme file and the code within links.php file itself are clear about this:
Removing copyright notice ("Powered by" statement)
Removing any of the copyright notices without purchasing a license is illegal! To remove PHPJunkyard copyright notice you must purchase a license for this script. For more information on how to obtain a license please visit the site below:
http://www.phpjunkyard.com/copyright-removal.php
I will have to ask you to either put the link back or delete the script from your server(s).

Also it is my policy NOT to provide ANY support to people disregarding the copyright notice.

hi there Klemen,

the website wasn't set up by me and i took over the website as it is recently. it wasn't until i ran into problems after the webhost switch that lead me to the PHP Junkyard.

i am not adept with anything PHP or programming wise, so if you can let me know how i can reinstate the copyright link, i'll gladly do that.

hear from you soon.

cheers,
dan

Hello Dan,

Please e-mail me a copy of your links.php file to info AT phpjunkyard DOT com (best in a *.zip file) and I will set that back.

About your problem: I have successfully added a link to
http://www.queerclick.com/links/links.php
?

Check (and delete) the "asfdas" link at the bottom of your links page.

Regards
