change priority to urgency and also date format

DC,

Thank you so much for your help. I was able to make all the changes above and the "Last Update" date and time format now suites my need.

However, the "Date Posted" under "Find a Ticket by" is still not working when entering the date as the following format.

mm-dd-yyyy

As of right now, this is the last modification I like to make.

I'm so sorry, I'm just not a coder to make these modifications.

Yes that will remain that format as thats an input and my mod effects only the output so thats normal as it wants you to input the date in the correct format not a big deal considering that all the other dates will be formated correctly and as I said thats not a date thats a format and an input, so I really wouldnt even wory about it, glad the mods worked for you.
