Customizing GBook: removing text SUBMITTED BY, NAME, etc.

I would like to remove the texts submitted by, name, message. Is this possible. I've looked everywhere and tried so many things but can't seem to get it to work. Any help would be appreciated.

figured it out!! hadn't seen the 2nd instance of SUBMITTED BY. once I removed both, it worked.

thx for encouraging me to search through it on my own!
