What is custom fields ???? what is it for ???

It's fields you can enable and use to gather more information from your customers. For example if you want a telephone number from your customer you can activate a custom field and name it "Phone". You can make i either required or optional.

Probably not, but that would be really nice!

Something will probably be added to allow multiple input types, but for now you'd have to edit the source to do that
