Moving the php link to another place on my page

I have managed to read enough to answer most of my questions/like customizing etc and I have added the form to the same page as my links which is what I wanted to achieve.
All i would like to be able to do it to remove the PHP link and put it UNDERNEATH my form instead of it appearing ABOVE the form!
So to recap

links at the top
form in the middle
php link at the bottom

Not exactly sure what you want to do, can you add some test links in the admin panel and then show exactly which link should be where?
