What is the name of the folder where Hesk is installed in? In your settings you have Hesk URL set to http://www.linkadsuk.com , but should be the Hesk folder, for example http://www.linkadsuk.com/support

ok settings that i have

Website URL = http://www.linkadsuk.com
Hesk URL = http://www.linkadsuk.com/help
System/root path = /home/******/public_html/help ***** = database name

i have changed the settings to the folder as you requested

but when you goto http://www.linkadsuk.com/hdesk.php

where i brought the 2 together and you use any of the helpdesk links it calls my files and not the helpdesk files ?

also when you click Forgot tracking ID? within my site you get error on page ?

these are correct

Checking status of required files and folders
/hesk_settings.inc.php Exists, Writable
/attachments Exists, Writable

what i am trying to get is that all the pages and helpdesk runs within my website and template so not to display just a white page if i direct link to
it works 100% but none of my template is around the helpdesk

but if you goto

as you see it is within my template and look realy good but none of the helpdesk links work when it within my site only when it outside my website.

Your modified "http://www.linkadsuk.com/hdesk.php " won't work properly unless you edit ALL of the files, links, etc... A lot of work and complication and that's not something I can help you with.

There is an easy way to make a template - why not just use the header/footer file that come with Hesk? Simply place all the code you want before Hesk into "header.txt" and all the HTML code you want after hesk into "footer.txt" code.
