Hi,

Not sure exactly what you mean. If you close the ticket the customer can still see the ticket, it's normal. Just like for example this ticket is closed (Resolved) but the customer still is able to see it:

Me I close a ticket in the console of management. The customer manages to consult the discussion what is normal, but it always arrive although the ticket is in statute “CLOSES” with poster a new answer, and that réouvre at the passage the ticket in “OPENED” statute automatically.

In the bond that you published, I come to make a test and I obtain the same thing. The ticket is closed and yet the customer can nevertheless open it again since the form to put an answer is present. What is is not logical.

Yes, that's the idea - if the customer isn't satisfied with the answer (for example a problem isn't solved) he posts a reply and the tickets reopens (so the admin can see the ticket again and reply to it). It's on purpose.

Me I would like that they cannot do it for reasons of operation. Or whereas I can notch a box side administror if I wants that a member cannot open again.

My my direction the principle of fence of a ticket is well to prevent from continuing the discussion. There is T a solution to correct this point?

For the use that I make of the tool it is true that I would have liked that the fence is not modifiable by the user but only that by the administrator.
