Check two things:

1. that database "teclaste_hesk" exists (I guess this is what you checked three times)

- AND -

2. that USER "teclaste_hesk" has access to database "teclaste_hesk". In Cpanel you have "Add Users To Your Databases" where you can set Privileges for users in databases. Make sure your user has ALL privileges in database.

When you finish the install make sure you delete install.php and change your database password, it's visible publicly now!

Just one more thing. I deleted the install.php but cant find a way to change the password in Cpanel.

I also get this error first time i load a new php page:

500 Server Error
A misconfiguration on the server caused a hiccup. Check the server logs, fix the problem, then try again. URL: http://www.houseofdap.com/support/manage_users.php
Dangerously writable: [/home/teclaste/public_html/dap/support/manage_users.php]
FIXED

After a refresh it works fine, is that a path problem in the hesk_settings.inc.php?

Delete the user in Cpanel and crate a new one with the same name but new password

Hesk is FREE to use on both personal and commercial websites, but it is possible to buy a license that removes the "Powered by" links at the bottom. You will find more info here:
