Basically, when you try and sumbit a tricket/try and log into the admin panel, it comes up with these error messages:

Admin:
Can't execute SQL: SELECT * FROM `hesk_users`

MySQL said:
Table 'maynestr_helpdesk.hesk_users' doesn't exist

Please notify webmaster at support@maynestream.net


Ticket submit:
Couldn't execute SQL: SELECT * FROM `hesk_categories`
Please contact webmaster at support@maynestream.net and give him this error message

Can someone please fix this for me - it's really urgent thanks

Hi,

You didn't install MySQL tables with the install.php script. You need to click the "Install MySQL tables" button in the install.php after you have a successful connection.

Oh, and "URGENT" will not help here. This is FREE support for FREE scripts, all posts are treated with the same level of urgency. Follow the installation instructions in the readme.htm properly next time and there will be no need for urgent help
