I am wondering where to place meta tags, key words or titles so my adsense
will give ads that pertain to my content.

In mboard.php, open in notepad, find <head> and you can add any meta tags below that. The <head> is located TWICE inside mboard.php and you need to add meta tags to both.

FYI: The title is automatically generated according to post title and I wouldn't change that. I don't think Google gives a lot (if any) of weight to meta keywords and description tags.
