When I want write a URL at message field, for example http://www.yahoo.com

ok, when I see the ticket, the TEXT of the url apear the same URL

<a href="http://www.yahoo.com">http://www.yahoo.com</a>

How can I set a custom text at the link? example:

<a href="http://www.yahoo.com">Click here to visit yahoo</a>

You can't do that with Hesk unless you would edit the script to support for example something like BBCode. I can't help you with that because the amount of work is out of the scope of my free support here.
