is there a way of banning ip address at the moment i had to put a password on the directory for hesk due to spammers using it and others using it inappropiateley. i couldn't see on a control pannel i can see the ip but can't see if possible to ban it for now for my clients i put a password on it. but thisis not ideal

You can ban them using htaccess:
