Cant log in to Admin - Your session has expired

Version of script: 0.93.1

I have just installed HESK (version above) and following the installation instructions. When trying to log in as Administrator for the first time each I am told "Your session has expired, please login using the form below."

Also at the bottom of the page there is : PHP Notice: Undefined variable: hesk_settings in D:\hesk0931\inc\header.inc.php on line 35 PHP Notice: Undefined variable: hesklang in D:\hesk0931\inc\header.inc.php on line 36

What could be causing this? I am running this on an IIS server.

This issue has been discussed over and over again here, have you tried any of the other solutions posted on this forum?

And if you want ANY help with this issue you will have to post phpinfo and session_test files here or we have no idea what's going wrong.
