captcha issues

i have aquestion about the captcha, when a person submit a ticket, and write wrong captcha number o not imput the number a error appears, that's ok, but when clic the return button the same image captcha appears, but when imput appears error says wrong number, maybe because the image it's not reloaded whit the new, so how can change the code to when imput wrong or not imput and the error mesage appears and when clic in the return button the captcha image reload whit a new and correct?

and when clic in the return form when, return to submit ticket page, all info added into the fields are deleted, so, if a person put full data ( take 5 min to write the ticket) and put wrong captcha, all info is deleted and need re-write all ticket? why? why the data not remain in the fields?

Hesk doesn't have a captcha. If you added it yourself (I know there's a post about it) then the problem is probably that the page with form is not cached in your browser because of PHP sessions.

It's too much work to be able to show you how here, you should wait for the next version which will have captcha added originally and I will make sure such problems are avoided.

Hi Just installed new version, love it. Wish I had had time to beta test it for you, but it has been crazy!

When you try to submit a ticket, teh security image does not alwasy display.

I do have the folder password protected, and am wondering if that is why?

If so, any ideas as to how to fix it?

So it does display but not always? Might be a server overload or problems with sessions, can't really say without having more info.
