Can this Link Manager be modified to do this? If so, it would surely sell as I've yet to find one that can. Client creates simple account, pays for link, logs in and types in text - url. Submit and the link is active in the footer of the page already.

Size would be 800 wide and about 30px tall to allow for wrap of two lines of lines across the bottom.

Cut and paste code so that webmasters would just need to place a code in exisiting footer to allow links to show.

Price control would be needed - maybe just via Paypal.

No need to pre-approve as nobody would really pay to place bad link for the most part.

Please let me know if you have seen something like this or if this can be done?
