I want to insert a URL field into a new entry form, admin told that "$settings['use_url']=1;" must be inserted into settings.php file. But i do not see any field to enter url when writing a message. How to enable URLs in posts?

I must have disabled ANTI-SPAM to post a plain message.

The $settings['use_url']=1 is for GBook and not MBoard, be careful what you read. MBoard doesn't have an URL field, but any URLs entered in the message will be displayed as links.
