Missing Users after prolonged usage?

Post by Indigo64 »

Using Hesk 0.93.1 and it has been working beautifully but lately for some reason it keeps dropping the other two users in the system. I don't even know where to start, and was hoping someone could shed some light. The tickets remain in the system, and the ones that were assigned to the now missing users are still the same (and the categories are still present) but the users I assigned to them are no longer there.

Missing users? That's a new one. Are you sure noone is deleting them from your Hesk? Try changing your admin password, make sure other users DON'T have administrator rights and make sure you have the latest version of Hesk installed

I've done that - same thing. Users disappeared suddenly. The helpdesk is only known internally - we don't advertise it to anyone but staff.

Really don't know what to say as I have no info about why and how exactly this happens. As long as your MySQL is secure I don't see any reasons why this would happen. And if it's internal only you can also exclude anyone "hacking" you.
