Write your message below: I recently installed the Hesk (help desk) and received a successful connection and upload, however, my server would not accept the file name (hesk) so I was forced to change it to helpdesk.

I recently tried to log into the customers using the following url:
www.powercashpro.com/helpdesk/index.php, but it does not reflect the hesk page, it goes directly to MySQL page.

Can you tell me what I did wrong?

I don't know what you uploaded there, but that is not the Hesk index.php file.

Why wouldn't your server accept the name "hesk"?

I suggest you upload all the files again and make sure you have the correct files up, including index.php from hesk
