Header.txt file does not work

Hello ,

I have just ftp'd my header.txt file and there is no difference to my guestbook.
I have ftp'd in ascii format and have followed all instructions as per the readme file exactly.
Please can you tell me what l could be doing wrong.
Below is the coding for the header.txt file:

I don't see that file located here:
http://clubsouthampton.port5.com/gbook/header.txt

You have a lot of problems with your domain pointing to clubsouthampton.port5.com. I think we discovered that many times as you posted here. You are posting the same problem over and over again, try using the solution that worked before.

If you have your guestbook installed here
http://clubsouthampton.port5.com/gbook/gbook.php
then ALL files should go to this folder, and not to the redirect (framed) domain clubsouthampton.com

I don't how to resolve this issue. I have been told that it is pointing to the correct domain area by my hosting company.
l am totally confused as to what to do next , please forgive me as l am very new to php.
