I placed your program on a friend's web site and it seems to work okay. But he says that he and another person cannot see the Security Image, they get a red X in its place. I have checked on all three of my computers and I don't have any problems seeing it.

I made sure that he had his IE security settings on medium... made sure that JAVA was working and up-to-date [not sure if that was important]... I don't know what else to tell him. Any suggestions?

Works well for me too, not sure what to tell them. Have they try with some other browser, maybe Firefox?

It's possible they have some software installed that blocks the image, maybe any ad blockers (like Norton)?

Solution

Post by BrianR »

I may have found the solution. I told the person, whose web site I placed this on, to make sure that he had installed the latest Internet Explorer updates. After he did he was able to see the graphic.

I'll let you know if it works for the other person as well. Thanks.
