First, thank you for your fabulous guestbook. It is the one that I was looking for.
I'm currently creating a website in Korean and English. I want to use this guestbook as my guestbook, but when I test write in Korean, all the characters come out as
#12601; (with & in front)

This is providing that I write in Firefox. If I input my text in IE it has no problem. What could be the issue here?

This is probably related to the charset that is used in GBook.

Take a look at this post how to change the charset. I don't know exactly what charset should be used for korean.
