Hitting REFRESH Creates ANOTHER Ticket.

Have you searched THIS FORUM for your problem: Yes
(if not please do before posting)
If so, what terms did you try: "refresh new ticket" and "reload new ticket"

Write your message below:

If my customer creates a new ticket they get the "Ticket Submitted" screen. At this point, if they hit refresh (or reload) the pages reloads and ANOTHER ticket is created. You could hit Refresh 10x and 10 tickets would be generated.

Granted, I hope it's unlikely someone hit refresh for no reason, but I don't think that should happen.

Hello,

Noted and should be fixed in next release. I will add something like "You can only submit one ticket per minute".
