Great script.. I have been using since January 2006 entering over 500 tickets with no real problems.. only minor issues that I have resolved myself.

I have been looking forward to your updates. Any news as to a new release date?

Hey,

This is exactly why I hate giving any dates about any updates. I say "probably May" then I have so much other work I can hardly even find the time to answer any questions, then I say "hopefully June" and I have so much other work again lol than I can't seem to be able to do anything else.

I would like to point out again that what I am doing is kind of a hobby and I can only do it when I have the time. I have lots of other stuff to do which has priority over developing new versions of PHPJunkyard scripts. And secondly when I do have time you must understand I am not always in the mood to site behind computer programming free scripts

For example I have next version of Hesk about 90% finished for more than 2 months now but I just can't seem to get that last 10% done... And boy you can't imagine how many times I've been asked this exact question! That's why I have decided I won't be giving out details about future updates anymore until at least beta version

Oh, and you should expect the next version sometime before year 2010
