I just updated to 3.61, and I really like the collaborators feature, and now I'm trying to figure out how to link tickets. I just can't find how to do it. I assume it would be under the 'With selected' menu on the tickets page, but I don't see it.

Also, I have the message that "Some open tickets you have access to are not shown due to your filters."
I have no idea what filter it's referring to.

You can link tickets when viewing a ticket in the admin panel; look for the "Linked tickets" section in the right-side column of the ticket (where ticket status and ticket details are displayed).

The "some tickets not show" message is simply a notice that additional tickets are available, but not shown because of the ticket filters you have selected. Select all the appropriate filters in the "Show tickets" form to display all the tickets to void that notice (or ignore it).

Your account doesn't have "Can link tickets" permission, that's why you don't see anything else there.

Login with an administrator account and add "Can link tickets" permission to your account.

I presume the tickets notice also appears beacause of some permissions combination. We will investigate and see if this is something we need to fix.

ahh, thank you. I didn't realize there was a permission associated with it.

I logged into the admin account to see if any tickets were assigned to me, that might be in categories I don't have permission for, and I didn't see any. This has happened a couple of times in the past.

Thanks for your help.

oh, and as a feature suggestion, allow tickets to be linked together from the ticket list page, using the 'With selected' menu

Thanks again
