Hello,
I have just
- successfully installed hesk on our server
- sent an email to our helpdesk address
- set a POP3 connection to our helpdesk email account successfully (showing that 1 email could be imported)
- changed hesk_pop3.php to hesk_pop3.php?key=XXXXXXXXX (with our URL Access Key for xxxxxxx)
- Installed a cronjob to run hesk_pop3.php?key=XXXXXXXXX every x minutes
But still there is no ticket are shown in hesk.
What did I miss?

What do you get if you turn on Debug mode (Admin panel > Settings > Help desk > Debug mode) and run step 5 from the guide?
