Hello,
I would like to insert links in custom fields, how does that work, because normally that is not possible...

Correct, this is not something built into Hesk; custom fields can only contain plain text, no HTML. To customize this (and other features) to fit your needs, I recommend hiring a PHP developer for help.

But where can you program this in with HTML, i.e. in which file?

Such customizations are out of the scope of our support so this is something you(your programmer) will need to find yourself.

My question is where the file with this function is, i.e. where the path to it is.
