Posting reply, with name error

For some reason I get an error "Error Please enter your name!"
This is when I reply to a post, and yes I did enter a name, the same name I posted as before

Any ideas?

Have you been editing (translating?) mboard.php? Make sure all form field names and variables stay the same. If yes try with the ORIGINAL file.
