Emails aren't sending

My Hosting Company isn't blocking the ports for smtp as you can see here:

https://dramag-theater.42web.io/_smtp-port.php?i=1

but Hesk doesn't connect to the smtp server

What exact error messages are you getting when testing SMTP connection in Hesk?
