Connectivity with Slack channel

Hello,

The last 2 companies I've worked for have Slack as their main form of communication, not email, so when a problem happens, instead of emailing for support (that HESK can pick up), people just as for help in a Slack channel (that HESK cannot see), so I was wondering if this can be added to HESK in future versions?

I don't have an exact timeline or roadmap, but adding new integrations with other channels is a long-term goal for Hesk.

No, Slack integration is currently not available in any Hesk version.
