Hesk Levels of catgeory

Hi All,
At first i want to thank Hesk developers for this great and simple app and which published free.
Secondly ,

i have a question can i add two or three levels of category in hesk ??
example:
1- when user create new ticket the System will show the category say incident.
2- i need the second form to be like the first one but containing subcategory for the parent one say : financial, Application ...etc.

The second question:
how can i show a fields based on the mentioned subcategory in the form ?

Multi-level categories are currently not supported.

However, you can create custom fields (Admin panel > Tools > Custom fields) to collect the desired information. These fields can also be tied to a specific category.

Hi Klemen,

Whenever I add a custom field it is not shown in the admin section but the database is populated. The same is true for custom statutes.

Any Ideas as to why I am not seeing them being listed on the website??

I've seen this before, and it has always been caused by web hosting companies' server-side caching mechanisms.

Contact your hosting company and ask them to disable any server-side caching for your help desk.

Hi Klemen,

The server is hosted internally and I was able to disable Output Caching in IIS however the error persisted.

Any other ideas?
