We have multiple "categories" of tickets, all with varying numbers of tickets in them. We don't need a few of those categories any longer but don't want to lose the tickets in them. Is there a way to move tickets from one category to another prior to deleting the category they were in?

What version of Hesk are you using?

In Hesk 3.4.5, when deleting a ticket category, you will be asked what category you want to transfer existing tickets from the soon-to-be-deleted category to.
