Hello everyone,
I'm currently using the free version of HESK for our ticketing system and I'm looking to enhance its functionality. Specifically, I would like to know if there are any modules or settings available that can help with the following:
Verifying the email address of the requester when they submit a ticket.
Integrating ticket creation with users from a database table.
Any guidance on how to achieve these functionalities, whether through existing modules or by configuring settings, would be greatly appreciated. If there are any workarounds or third-party tools that could assist with these requirements, I would love to hear about those as well.

You should be able to solve this with the "Customer accounts" functionality that is coming in version 3.5.0:
